Domiciliary Care Recruitment Agency for Home Care Providers
Secure thoroughly screened Registered Managers, Care Coordinators, Nurses and Care Workers to keep your branch staffed and every call on time.
The operational reality
Overcoming the Domiciliary Care Staffing Crisis
A gapped domiciliary rota is rarely just a staffing gap. It is a missed or late call, a client left waiting, and a CQC notification you did not want to be writing. The branch stabilises the moment reliable, permanent staff are in place, not before.
What this costs a branch
- Missed or late calls when a carer does not turn up, risking a CQC notification.
- Coordinators spending hours firefighting the rota instead of growing the branch.
- High turnover meaning a client sees a different face at their door every week.
- Agency and temporary cover costing more than budgeted, without building any continuity.
- Generalist recruiters forwarding candidates with no real domiciliary or lone-working experience.
- Regulation 19 checks taken on trust from a CV, rather than actually completed before shortlist.
Our engagement model
- Enhanced DBS, right to work and full employment history checks completed as part of our screening — responsibility for verifying these remains yours as the employer.
- Candidates screened for genuine domiciliary experience and lone-working competence.
- Care Certificate and moving & handling training verified, never assumed from a CV.
- Where you are a CQC-registered provider, candidates are screened against Regulation 19 as standard.
- A shortlist of three to five candidates, typically within three to five working days of engagement.
- Every permanent placement is backed by the full twelve-week replacement guarantee from day one.
Engage a specialist recruiter
No retainer. No obligation. A direct briefing.
Submit your staffing brief and a specialist recruiter will confirm how our verification process applies to your branch, which parts of it your governance team can rely on directly, and a realistic timeline for the appointment you need to make.
Domiciliary care recruitment is not a scarcity problem the way some clinical specialisms are — it is a trust problem. The real filter is not finding people who say they can do the job; it is finding people who will turn up alone, on time, at a stranger's front door, every single visit. That is the thing worth screening for properly, and it is the first thing we will be direct with you about.
The same discipline applies to experience, whatever the role. A care manager who has only worked within a residential setting is not automatically suited to overseeing packages delivered in a client's own home, and a care worker used to ward-based support needs genuine lone-working competence before stepping into a domiciliary visit. We screen for the real experience each position demands, rather than accepting a general care background at face value.

Domiciliary care roles, office and field
A domiciliary branch runs on more than its care workers. We recruit across the whole structure, because a brilliant field appointment fails just as fast when the coordination behind it does not hold.
Registered managers
CQC-registered manager appointments for domiciliary branches, screened against Regulation 19 and matched to your registration timeline.
Domiciliary managers
Operational leads for the day-to-day running of a branch — staffing, scheduling and service standards across your whole client base.
Care managers
Managers who own individual care packages — care plan reviews, and liaison with families, social workers and commissioners.
Care coordinators
Coordinators who can build a rota that holds and keep calls monitored in real time, not just filled on a spreadsheet.
Field care supervisors
Supervisors with genuine spot-check and competency-observation experience, confident working alone across a patch.
Nurses
Domiciliary and complex care nurses for medication administration, PEG feeding, catheter care and palliative packages, NMC-verified.
Domiciliary care workers
Care workers and senior carers screened for lone-working competence, not just a general care background.
Live-in carers
Live-in placements matched on placement length, client need and temperament, not simply availability.
Branch support teams
Schedulers, on-call staff and administrators — the roles that decide whether a branch runs to time.
Why it matters
Verification done before the shortlist, not after the offer
Domiciliary care carries its own compliance profile, distinct from residential settings — lone working, travel between visits, and a client's own home rather than a supervised ward. Here is what we complete as standard.
Regulation 19 — fit and proper persons
Where the role sits inside a CQC-registered provider, we complete identity verification, enhanced DBS, references, right to work and a gap-checked employment history before shortlist. Regulation 19 compliance itself remains your responsibility as the registered provider.
Enhanced DBS & right to work
Every candidate is checked against the enhanced DBS and right-to-work requirements a domiciliary role demands, confirmed directly rather than taken on trust from a CV. This is a check we carry out as part of our screening; it does not transfer any legal responsibility to us. Verifying original documents and meeting your Regulation 19 obligations to CQC remain yours alone as the employer.
Care Certificate, training & NMC registration
Care Certificate completion, moving and handling, medication administration and safeguarding training are verified, and NMC registration is checked directly for nursing appointments.
Twelve-week placement guarantee
Weeks one to four, a full refund. Weeks five to eight, fifty per cent. Weeks nine to twelve, twenty-five per cent. Every permanent placement, without exception.
Domiciliary care regulation differs across England (CQC), Scotland (Care Inspectorate), Wales (CIW) and Northern Ireland (RQIA), and the specific checks a branch needs can vary with it. We work to your own regulatory position rather than assuming one, and we will ask about it during your specialist briefing.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you recruit for domiciliary care only, or residential settings too?
Both. We place permanent staff into domiciliary and homecare branches, and into residential and nursing settings. The verification process is broadly the same in either case, though lone-working competence matters far more for a domiciliary appointment than a residential one, so we screen for it specifically rather than treating "care experience" as one interchangeable category.
How do you check a candidate's suitability for lone working?
We look at genuine prior domiciliary or lone-working experience rather than accepting a general care background, and we take references that speak specifically to reliability and punctuality — the two qualities that matter most when someone is working alone in a client's home with no colleague down the corridor. All of this is completed before the candidate reaches your shortlist.
Can you help with urgent rota gaps, or only permanent placements?
Our focus is permanent placement, not temporary or agency-style cover, and we would rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise. Where a vacancy is urgent, we prioritise that search and move as quickly as the market allows, but we do not offer same-day temporary staffing. If that is what you need alongside a permanent hire, say so during your specialist briefing and we will be straightforward about what we can and cannot do.
Do you cover live-in care as well as visiting care?
Yes. Live-in placements are matched differently to visiting or hourly domiciliary roles — placement length, client need and temperament matter as much as competence, since it is a much longer and closer working relationship. We treat the two as genuinely different searches rather than running the same process for both.
How do you verify DBS and right to work checks?
We check every candidate's enhanced DBS status and right to work directly, not taken on trust from a CV, and we gap-analyse the employment history alongside them. Where you are a CQC-registered provider, this is completed against Regulation 19 as standard, and the evidence is summarised in writing alongside the candidate's profile. This is a check we carry out as part of our own screening process; it does not transfer any legal responsibility to us. Under UK law, verifying a new employee's right to work, and meeting your Regulation 19 obligations to CQC, remain yours alone as the employer, regardless of any checks we complete. We would always recommend confirming original documents yourself before an appointment is confirmed.
What happens if the person does not work out?
Every permanent placement is covered by a twelve-week replacement guarantee. In weeks one to four you receive a full refund, in weeks five to eight fifty per cent, and in weeks nine to twelve twenty-five per cent. It applies to every permanent placement we make, without exception and without you having to argue for it.
