Swindon Domiciliary Manager
CQCJOBS is recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of a domiciliary care provider in Swindon — the compliance, the KPIs, the people, and the growth that follows when all three are done properly.
The role
This isn't a caretaking role. Whoever takes it on will build something — a service that runs safely, grows sensibly, and holds up under scrutiny from families, commissioners and the CQC alike.
You'll carry full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service: the quality of care delivered, the compliance evidence behind it, and the operational discipline that keeps it all sustainable. Growth matters here — but never ahead of what the staffing can safely support.
Reporting is core to this job, not an afterthought. Regular, accurate KPI and capacity reports are expected — reports that flag risks before they become incidents, and opportunities before someone else spots them first.
What you'll own
Visible, accountable leadership across care and office teams. A culture built on dignity, respect and honest communication — not policy binders.
Named Registered Manager with the CQC. Permanent inspection readiness, timely statutory notifications, and audits that actually change practice.
Regular reports to senior management covering hours, calls, staffing, incidents and satisfaction — with analysis, not just numbers.
Concerns recognised, recorded and escalated properly. A team that feels safe raising issues, and a quality programme that proves it.

CQCJOBS places CQC-ready candidates across the full spectrum of regulated care — Registered Managers, Deputy Managers, Nurses, Care Assistants and support staff — into domiciliary care, care homes, supported living, residential and nursing settings, and other CQC-regulated services across the UK. We understand the pressure behind every hire: a Registered Manager needs genuine CQC accountability experience, a Nurse needs the right clinical registration and competencies, and a Care Assistant needs patience and reliability no CV alone can prove. Every candidate we put forward is screened against your specific requirements, not just matched by job title. Whether you're filling a Home Manager, Clinical Lead or frontline support role, or want a pipeline of vetted candidates ready before you need them, get in touch — message us on WhatsApp and we'll talk through what you need.
